HILDE wants to protect your privacy and confidentiality and you to know that your data is being used lawfully. 

This Privacy Policy describes the personal information that Hilde. collects from or about you, how it uses that information,
and to whom it is disclosed.

This Policy is to comply with the privacy requirements established by the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).
It supports Hilde.’s need to collect information from you as necessary for the performance of business services and functions, while also recognising your right to have your information handled in a protective manner.

This Policy will commence from 21st May 2018 and applies to all of HILDE’s clients.

The following information may be collected from you, either through this website or because you shared it in some other way with HILDE, such as:

– Permanent and e-mail address(es);

– Wedding day and location;

– Telephone number;

– Planning and wedding day management relevant information; 

– Financial information

Please note that HILDE will ever only collect such information that is absolutely necessary to perform its services to you.
 

Shared Information

HILDE will never sell your personal information, although it may be shared, and only when necessary to perform a legitimate business activity with Hilde.’s suppliers (and your chosen suppliers) such as florists, caterers, venues, etc..

HILDE will process your data only if your consent was obtained first or if it is necessary for the performance of our contract, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2018, coming into effect on 25 May 2018 (GDPR).
 

Data Access & Correction

Only Anne Ladegast-Chiu, sole owner of HILDE, will have access to your personal data in a password limited computer. You have the right to access, rectify, object to, or erase the data maintained by Hilde. (pursuant to Articles 12 – 23 of the GDPR). You may request a change to your personal data by contacting Hilde. by phone or email.

HILDE’s website and hosting company may use cookies and those cookies may be stored on your computer when you visit the website. If our hosting company implements cookies, they will only collect non-personally identifiable information in order to improve your website usage and browsing experience.
