If you’re looking for a destination wedding planner to help you plan your day or even multiple days in Europe, then I will get involved right from the start to direct, design and manage your wedding abroad.

We will begin with a thorough wedding budget breakdown and tracker, all wedding planning timelines and checklists, making it easy for you to follow along the wedding planning process from start to finish.

From here, I will undertake the venue research and present and scout your venue matches, either together or by myself. Whether you are looking for a charming Villa in the South of France, a chic boutique hotel in Sicily or a contemporary Masseria in Puglia, we will find the one. 

Once your venue is confirmed, I will research and make suggestions for all remaining suppliers; including the finest food and drink, entertainment, photography, flowers, stationery design, lighting and décor (plus many more). We will work through all questions on supplier quotes and contracts together and will only appoint suppliers who feel right for you both. Once your team of wedding creatives is confirmed, I will manage each vendor brief personally, making sure that all plans come together in time and within budget, keeping you updated along the way. 

Through considered design, we will aim to add as much personality and meaning to your wedding as possible. I will develop a design concept that speaks volumes, feels natural to you and makes you feel at home. Every visual element will be designed and styled with the greatest care and attention to detail. 

In the weeks leading up to the wedding, I will double and triple check all of the smaller and bigger plans that we have made and produce a comprehensive day-of logistics schedule, reconfirm all transport requirements between venues and accommodation arrangements.

On the day itself, my team and I will make sure that all suppliers are in sync and all touchpoints are styled to perfection. We will manage the flow of your wedding events until the very end, when you and your guests are leaving on a high. 

And what’s more, we will also manage and ensure the whole setup is dismantled and cleared before the next morning.
